What do I need to get started?
You need an internet connection and a PC – then we will provide you with training. After that you are an approved chat operator you can work from a cell phone, tablet or PC. The choice is yours.
What kind of employment will I have, and do I get any contract?
You will be hired as a freelancer and have to sign our freelance contract (NDA).
Do I bind myself to a specific work period working with you?
No. As a freelancer, you can stop the job whenever you want to.
Do I have to pay any fees before I am hired?
No, absolutely not. We will never charge any upfront fees in order to join our team.
How quickly can I start working?
The whole process from sign-up to working is usually done within 3 days.
Does it matter what my gender is?
Gender doesn’t matter at all and we are welcoming everyone. The important thing is that you are above 18 years old and ready to work and have fun.
Can I stay anonymous while working for you?
Yes, always! You will log in to our platform with a unique username and password, and you will be replying to messages on our platform anonymously and safely. Your real identity and personal information will never be disclosed to anyone and you are guaranteed to be anonymous when you are working for us.
Can I be recognized on the platform I’m working from?
No, you are absolutely guaranteed to be anonymous when you are working for us. You are simply operating the chat with text messages only.
Why do you need to check my ID?
We need to confirm your identity, make sure that you are over 18 years old, and make sure that we are paying the right person.
Who will verify my ID?
For verifying identities we have partnered with Evalid. They will assess your ID and let us know if everything is in order.
When and how do I get paid?
You will get paid weekly and you can therefore as a chat operator earn money from week to week. We have one promise – we always pay on time!
How much can I expect to earn?
How much money you make depends on how much work you put in. You will get paid per message you send. Some chat operators earn a very decent salary, while others just enjoy some extra spending money.
Can I make a normal living out of doing this job?
Yes, there are people who have this as their full time job, so it’s definitely possible. Most of our chat operators choose to do this job part-time, next to another job.
